3rd to Peking that informat ion that

Piracy was being planned had been

received by the H.K. Police. I

shall be glad to know whether this

information was passed on to local

Naval Authorities and if so, what

action they took. Apparent ly

informat ion was also received before

the Hsin Wah piracy see Canton

despatch to Peking of 25th April.
